Booking Terms and Conditions

All units will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee of $95. A 50% deposit is required to hold each unit. The deposit is refundable (less $75 fee) more than 30 days prior to arrival. At 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of the 50% prepaid deposit is due. At check-in, final payment is due. Less than 30 days from arrival, the deposit is not refundable. The balance of the total stay is due in full at the time of check-in. Credit card or bank check required at check-in as security deposit for damage and for phone calls from the condo telephone. Optional: daily cleaning fee $25 per day
