To guarantee your booking, guest names and a $150 security deposit per condo are required. If no damage, security deposits are refunded 30 days after departure. The full condo payment + Cleaning Fee must be paid no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards only. Maximum 5 adults or 4 adults & 2 children (under 12) per unit. ALL condos are non-smoking.
